Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & United States: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.


Shipping Costs

We offer:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High demand periods

SH Watches is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please contact your local carrier first

  • SH Watches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.


Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
