Refund policy

At SH Watches, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Refunds Without Return

In certain situations, you may be eligible for a refund without being required to return the item.

This may apply if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive an incorrect item

  • The cost of return shipping is not practical relative to the value of the item

  • Other circumstances at our discretion

To be considered:

  • You must contact us within the return period

  • You may be required to provide photo or video evidence

Refunds without return are not guaranteed. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine whether a return is required.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide photo evidence of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

SH Watches is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier.
